# Interview Signal > Interview Signal (interviewersignal.com) is a desktop app for Windows and macOS used by recruiters and hiring managers during job interviews. It captures the call on the interviewer's own computer with no bot joining, shows a live transcript and a question guide built from the job description, and produces a scorecard with evidence quotes checked against the transcript and a client submittal in the agency's own template. Key facts: - Made for agency recruiters, in-house recruiters and hiring managers: the person running the interview. It is not a tool for candidates, and it is not related to the Signal messaging app. - Works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and phone screens taken through the computer's audio. Runs on Windows 10 and 11 and macOS 13 or newer. - Transcripts, quotes, candidate names, notes and submittals stay on the recruiter's computer and are never uploaded.
