The Interview Signal Team plan is for agencies and recruiting teams that want every recruiter asking the same questions against the same rubric. As of October 2026 it costs $59 per seat per month, or $49 per seat per month billed yearly, with a minimum of three seats. Team adds what only makes sense across several people: shared roles, kits and submittal templates, admins and invitations, panels, and a weekly coaching report built from counts, never from transcripts. Seats, members and billing are managed in the web account (interviewersignal.com/app); interviews run in the desktop app, version 0.9.10.

What does the Team plan cost?

PlanPrice (October 2026)Seats
Team$59 per seat per month, billed monthly3 or more
Team, annual$49 per seat per month, billed yearly ($588 per seat)3 or more
Solo, for comparison$49 per month, or $468 per year1

Example: five recruiters on monthly Team is 5 × $59 = $295 a month. Interviews are unlimited on both Team plans; nothing is counted by the minute. Prices exclude sales tax or VAT. The pricing page has a seat calculator and the guarantee in full.

What does Team add over Solo?

  • Shared roles and kits. A role saved by anyone is seen by every recruiter on the team ("Role saved. Every recruiter on the team sees it."). Any seat can create and edit kits in the desktop app.
  • Shared submittal templates. Admins copy a built-in template under "Templates" and make it the agency's own; see the client submittal guide.
  • Admins and invitations, so seats can be given, moved and taken back.
  • Panels, for several interviewers splitting one candidate's questions.
  • A weekly coaching report comparing recruiters on coverage.

Free, Pay as you go and Solo have none of these. Everything else in the app is the same on every plan.

How do I set up a team?

  1. Buy Team. Press "Start Team" on the pricing page, choose seats and pay on the next page; you do not need an account first. Already on Free, Pay as you go or Solo? In the web account, open "Billing", choose the plan and seats under "Upgrade to Team", and press "Upgrade to Team". You stay on as the admin, and your roles and interviews come with you.
  2. Invite your recruiters. Open "Members", type an address under "Invite by email", choose "Member — runs interviews" or "Admin — also manages seats and billing", and press "Send invitation".
  3. They install and sign in. Each recruiter gets an email with a download link (the installers are also on the download page), installs the app on Windows or macOS, and signs in with the address you invited.
  4. Add the first roles. Paste a job description in the app; every recruiter sees the role. The "Roles" tab in the web account lists them, with "Open in the app".

How do seats work?

  • A seat is named to one email address and is not shared. To move a seat to someone else, remove one person and invite another.
  • Invited seats count. "Members" shows how many are active and invited out of the total. If none are left, the invite form offers "Add seats".
  • Adding seats under "Change seat count" charges the pro-rata remainder of the cycle at once, and the seat works immediately. To reduce seats, remove the people first.
  • Removing someone signs them out within a minute. Their app shows "Your seat was removed" with "Open my interviews", and every interview on their computer stays untouched and readable.

In the desktop app, the home screen header shows the plan and seats, for example "Team · 4/5 seats", and Settings shows "Your team" with the agency, your email and role, and seats in use. Admins get "Manage seats and billing"; members see "Ask your admin to add seats or change billing."

What can an admin see about the team's interviews?

Counts, never content. The "Coaching" tab shows, for the week before, the team's interviews, must-asks covered, follow-ups used and scorecards complete, then a row per recruiter with average length and, where there is one, a short summary with "Worth tightening:" and "Next interview:". Reports are generated on Monday mornings. As the tab says, there is no transcript to read. Admins can also switch the home screen's week line to "Team". The full list of stored fields is on the security page.

What happens if a payment fails?

Interview Signal keeps working for seven days while the card is retried. Everyone sees a "Payment overdue" notice, admins get an email, and only an admin can fix it, under "Billing". If it is not fixed in time, the app shows "The subscription is not active"; members are told an admin can fix it in billing, and admins get "Open billing". Nothing is deleted at any point.

Limits

  • Admins cannot read anyone's transcripts or submittals; they live on each recruiter's computer.
  • There is no ATS integration on any plan.
  • Seats, members, templates and billing are managed in the web browser, not inside the desktop app.
  • The minimum is three seats; a single recruiter is better served by Solo.

Questions people ask

How much is the Interview Signal Team plan?

As of October 2026, Team costs $59 per seat per month billed monthly, or $49 per seat per month billed yearly ($588 per seat a year), with a minimum of three seats. A seat is one recruiter who runs interviews, named to an email address. Interviews are unlimited on Team.

Can an Interview Signal admin read their recruiters' interview transcripts?

No. Transcripts, quotes, candidate names, notes and submittals stay on each recruiter's own computer and are never uploaded. An admin sees counts only: how many interviews ran, how many questions and must-asks were covered, how many scorecards were finished, follow-ups used and average length, in a weekly coaching report.

How do I add a recruiter to Interview Signal?

An admin signs in to the web account, opens Members, types the recruiter's email under Invite by email, chooses Member or Admin, and presses Send invitation. The recruiter gets an email with a download link, installs the desktop app and signs in with that address. An invited seat counts against the seat total.

What happens to a recruiter's interviews when I remove their seat in Interview Signal?

They are signed out within about a minute and the app shows that the seat was removed. Every interview already on their computer is untouched and still readable there, because Interview Signal never held a copy. The seat is then free for someone else.
