Vincere, now sold as Access Vincere Evo, is a recruitment CRM built for agencies, and agency recruiters spend much of the day on calls. As of October 2026 there are three ways to get AI notes into it: Evo Meeting Assistant, the Access group's own meeting notetaker; recruiting-specific notetakers such as CoRecruit (formerly Quil); and phone systems like CloudCall that summarize calls and sync them to the CRM. Which one fits depends mostly on whether your desk lives on video calls or on the phone.
This page compares the three routes on what they capture, where the output lands in Vincere, and what to test before a consultant relies on them for a submittal. Every vendor fact links to the page we checked.
Vincere today: ownership and plans
- Ownership: Vincere's homepage says it is part of Access Recruitment and carries a copyright notice for The Access Group.
- Plans: Vincere's pricing page lists Startup at £150 a month for a single user on a 30-day rolling contract, Core at £95 a user a month for two to seven users, and Pro from £85 a user a month above seven.
- Integrations: the integrations page lists dozens of partners, including several that touch calls and meetings.
Evo Meeting Assistant
- What it is: Vincere's Evo Meeting Assistant page describes an AI meeting assistant from within the Access ecosystem that writes into Access Vincere Evo.
- Capture: it syncs with Office 365 and joins Teams, Zoom and Google Meet calls. One section says the bot joins Teams and Meet calls automatically, so confirm Zoom behavior in a trial.
- Output: structured data written to the right fields rather than a transcript dropped into notes. Vincere's examples: salary expectation into the salary field, interview feedback into the candidate record, client brief updates into the job.
- Pricing: described as "competitive, usage-based" rather than a per-seat fee, with a three-week trial. No price is published on the page.
Suits you if your consultants run client briefs and candidate interviews on Teams or Meet and you want CRM fields updated, not just notes. Think harder if most conversations are phone calls, which the page does not describe capturing.
CoRecruit (listed on Vincere as Quil)
Vincere's Quil page describes an AI notetaker built for recruiters that pushes notes to Vincere in real time, lets you set custom note categories, and turns interviews into branded submittals. Quil's site now redirects to CoRecruit, and CoRecruit's own Vincere integration page adds detail:
- Where notes go: you choose whether notes are saved to Activities or as Briefs.
- Activity Types: notes can be categorized with Vincere Activity Types from a dropdown, which keeps activity reporting accurate.
- Fields: it can fill Willing to Relocate, Current and Desired Salary, and Current and Desired Bonus.
- Connection: via API, linking meetings to candidate and contact records.
Our CoRecruit alternatives guide covers its pricing and how it compares with other agency notetakers.
Phone systems that summarize calls
For phone-heavy desks, the notetaker may be your phone system. Vincere's CloudCall page says CloudCall o1 captures calls, texts and follow-ups and pushes AI call summaries and transcriptions into Access Vincere Evo, alongside recordings, call logs, SMS and notes. Vincere also lists Ringover, Zoom Phone and 8x8 integrations. The trade-off is that calls must go through that phone system, not a consultant's personal mobile.
The three routes, compared
| Route | Best at | Where output lands | Pricing basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Evo Meeting Assistant | Video meetings (Teams, Meet, Zoom) | Structured CRM fields and candidate record | Usage-based; trial available |
| CoRecruit | Interviews and submittals | Activities or Briefs; salary and relocation fields | Per CoRecruit's plans |
| CloudCall o1 | Phone calls and texts | Call records with AI summaries and transcripts | Per CloudCall's plans |
We did not find Metaview, BrightHire or Carv documenting a Vincere integration on the pages we checked as of October 2026.
Fields versus notes: the agency trade-off
Both Evo Meeting Assistant and CoRecruit emphasize writing into fields, and for an agency that is the real prize: desired salary and relocation in searchable fields make the next search faster. The risk is that a wrong value in a field is quieter than a wrong sentence in a note. A candidate who says "I'd want around eighty, but I'd consider less for the right role" should not become a hard 80,000 in Desired Salary without a consultant checking it. Build that check into the post-call routine.
What it costs, as an example
An illustrative example from Vincere's published plan prices as of October 2026, not a quote. A five-consultant agency on Vincere Core:
Access Vincere Evo Core: £95 × 5 = £475/month
AI notes, by route:
Evo Meeting Assistant: usage-based; price on request (3-week trial)
CoRecruit: per CoRecruit's own plans
CloudCall o1: priced as a phone system; per CloudCall's plans
Because Evo Meeting Assistant is priced on usage rather than per seat, the comparison depends on call volume. Ask Access for a quote based on your actual meetings per consultant per week, and compare it with per-seat tools at the same volume. Our guide to AI notetakers for staffing agencies covers the wider market.
Rolling it out on a desk
- Map your calls first. For one week, count how many candidate and client conversations happen on video versus phone, and on which phone. That split decides the route.
- Pick one consultant per route if you are undecided: one on Evo Meeting Assistant or CoRecruit for video, one on CloudCall for phone.
- Agree field rules: which fields a tool may fill automatically and which need a consultant to confirm, salary in particular.
- Check activity reporting after a week, so automated notes do not inflate or hide call counts that managers rely on.
- Review two submittals produced from AI notes against the recordings before any go to a client.
For desks that work from personal mobiles, our guide to recording a phone screen covers options that do not require switching phone systems.
What to test before rollout
| Check | Pass looks like | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Record matching | Notes land on the existing candidate or contact, not a duplicate | |
| Field accuracy | Salary, bonus and relocation values match what was said, including ranges | |
| Activity Types | Activity reporting still counts calls and interviews correctly | |
| Client comfort | A bot on a client-hosted call is acceptable, or you have a fallback | |
| Phone coverage | Calls from consultants' mobiles are captured or documented | |
| Deletion | A candidate's recording and transcript can be removed on request |
A submittal-ready note format for Vincere
[Role] – [Client] – [Date] – [Call type: phone / video]
Recommendation: [Submit / Hold / Pass]
Fit, in the candidate's words:
- [Requirement]: "[quote]"
- [Requirement]: "[quote]"
Compensation: current [ ] desired [ ] (range or firm?)
Notice period: [ ]
Relocation / remote: [ ]
Other processes: [ ]
Consent to record given: [Yes]
The "range or firm?" prompt exists because of the field problem above. Our candidate submittal template shows how to turn this into what the client sees.
Consent for agency calls
- UK and EU candidates: recording needs a lawful basis and notice. Our UK GDPR recording guide covers it.
- US candidates across state lines: some states require all-party consent; say it at the start of every call.
- Client-hosted interviews: a bot joining is the client's decision. Ask first.
Standalone tools, and who each option suits
Interview Signal has no Vincere integration. It is a desktop app with no bot that captures audio on the consultant's computer, phone or video, and exports a scorecard and submittal that you paste or attach in Vincere.
- Evo Meeting Assistant: agencies on Teams or Meet that want structured CRM updates from the same group as their CRM.
- CoRecruit: desks that want submittals generated from interviews and notes filed as Activities or Briefs.
- CloudCall o1: phone-first desks that want every call summarized in the CRM.
- A standalone tool: consultants on personal mobiles, or anyone who prefers no bot on client calls.
Questions people ask
Does Vincere have its own AI notetaker?
Yes, as an add-on from the same group. Vincere's integrations page lists Evo Meeting Assistant, an Access product that joins Teams, Zoom and Google Meet calls, structures the conversation, and writes key data such as salary expectations into Access Vincere Evo fields. Vincere describes it as usage-based and offers a three-week trial, as of October 2026.
Who owns Vincere?
Vincere's site now brands the product Access Vincere Evo, says it is part of Access Recruitment, and carries a 2026 copyright notice for The Access Group, as of October 2026.
Is Quil the same as CoRecruit?
Yes. Vincere's integrations page still lists Quil, but quil.ai now redirects to corecruit.com, and CoRecruit's own Vincere page describes the same note-to-CRM integration, with notes saved as Activities or Briefs and candidate fields such as desired salary filled automatically.
How do I get AI notes from phone calls into Vincere?
Use a phone system that integrates with Vincere and summarizes calls. Vincere's CloudCall page says CloudCall o1 pushes AI call summaries and transcriptions into Access Vincere Evo along with recordings, texts and notes. Ringover, Zoom Phone and 8x8 are also listed as Vincere integrations.
