Ezekia, the executive search CRM, does not record calls itself, but it lists more notetakers than most search platforms. As of October 2026 its integrations page names CoRecruit, Metaview, HireLogic and Carv as direct partners, and Fathom, Fireflies, Granola, Otter and the built-in transcription in Zoom and Microsoft Teams as tools that reach Ezekia through Zapier or its MCP server. The direct partners write notes to a person record; the Zapier and MCP routes depend on what you build.
This page explains what Ezekia's AI does, how each notetaker connects and writes, how to get notes in by hand, and what a search firm handling confidential candidates should check. We make Interview Signal, one of the tools below; everything about the other products comes from their own sites, linked and dated. For the wider search market, see our executive search notetaker guide.
What does Ezekia's own AI do?
Ezekia says it is built for executive search firms, in-house teams and talent partners, and is trusted by more than 750 search firms (home page). Its AI page describes, as of October 2026:
- Search and Q&A: natural-language candidate search, "people like this," scored results with explanations, and questions about candidates, companies and assignments answered from your data.
- Summaries and drafts: one-click profile summaries that can include researcher notes, AI resume parsing, outreach drafts, and AI answers to assignment-specific candidate questions. Admins can set custom prompts so output matches the firm's voice.
- Models and assistants: OpenAI models run inside Ezekia; the Sidekick assistant works across the platform; and Ezekia's AI Server uses MCP so Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other tools can read and update your Ezekia data.
- Meetings: the AI page says Ezekia captures, transcribes, summarizes and stores interview and meeting insights "from leading platforms including MetaView, Quil, Corecruit, and Carv." That is the partner route, not a native recorder.
Ezekia's pricing page has no fixed plans: pricing is per user, billed monthly with no lock-in, quoted for each firm, with a 30-day free trial that includes onboarding.
Which AI notetakers does Ezekia list?
Ezekia's integrations page, as of October 2026, shows two kinds of notetaker connection:
- Direct partners: CoRecruit ("AI note-taker built for recruiting firms"), Metaview ("AI Scribe for recruiting"), HireLogic ("AI driven interview intelligence"), Carv (AI for recruiter admin) and Simsola (behavioral assessments from any interview).
- Through Zapier or MCP: Fathom, Fireflies, Granola and Otter, plus Zoom and Microsoft Teams transcription, each described as connecting to Ezekia "via Zapier or MCP."
The difference matters. A direct partner knows Ezekia's records and writes to them. A Zapier route is a workflow you or your admin build and maintain, so matching the right person and handling failures is your job.
How do the Ezekia options compare?
As published on each vendor's own pages, as of October 2026. "Not stated" means the linked pages do not say.

CoRecruit on Ezekia
CoRecruit's Ezekia page says each intake, interview or client call becomes structured notes in the Notes section of the linked person record. It can fill base salary, compensation details, current company and job title on Ezekia people records, upload summaries or submittals as attachments, and let you choose an Ezekia note tag for each meeting from a dropdown. It names Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, RingCentral and mobile calls as sources.
Metaview on Ezekia
Metaview's Ezekia guide says an Ezekia admin generates an API token under Settings, Integrations, API Tokens, names it "Metaview," sets no expiry, and copies it once into Metaview; setup can take up to 48 hours. Metaview then schedules its notetaker for meetings scheduled in Ezekia, syncs employees, enriches profiles and sends notes back. The token inherits the access of the admin user it was created for, and it is a direct connection with no third party in between.
How do you get notes into Ezekia without an integration?
Ezekia's step-by-step help is not public, so check the exact screens with your admin. What Ezekia's own pages confirm:
- Notes on the person record. The partners above write to the Notes section of a person record and support note tags, so a pasted summary belongs there, tagged the same way.
- Outlook sync. Ezekia's Chrome and Outlook extensions page says the Outlook integration can sync emails, meetings and related activity to the relevant records, so a submittal or shortlist update you email to a client contact can be logged that way.
- Zapier or MCP. If your firm already uses Fireflies, Otter or Zoom transcription, Ezekia lists a Zapier or MCP route. Build it with a test person first, and decide what happens when no matching person exists.
Our guide to getting AI notes into an ATS without an integration compares pasting, email, Zapier and API routes in more detail.
What should a search firm check for privacy and consent?
- UK and EU candidates. Ezekia is registered in England and Wales and used by search firms in many countries. For UK and EU candidates, recording needs a lawful basis, notice and a retention period; see our UK GDPR recording guide.
- Erasure reaches both systems. Ezekia's FAQ describes consent tracking and automated right-to-be-forgotten workflows. Those run inside Ezekia; the notetaker's recording and transcript must be deleted separately.
- Confidential candidates. A bot named in a meeting tells the candidate they are recorded; a botless tool does not, so say it. Use one consent line.
- Token custody. API tokens with no expiry and admin-level access deserve the same care as a password. Create them from a firm-owned admin account.
What should you test before rollout?
| Check | Pass looks like | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Person matching | The note lands on the right person, not a namesake or a duplicate | |
| Note tags | Each note carries the tag your reports use | |
| Fields | Base salary and compensation details match what the candidate said | |
| Zapier failures | A call with no matching person is flagged, not lost or misfiled | |
| Client reporting | Raw transcripts never flow into client-facing reports | |
| Erasure | A right-to-be-forgotten request removes the notetaker's copy too |
Which option fits which Ezekia firm?
- CoRecruit: best for consultants who take confidential calls on their mobiles and want compensation fields and note tags filled, accepting a 12-month term.
- Metaview: best for firms that schedule interviews in Ezekia on video and want them captured automatically, with a free tier to trial.
- HireLogic: best for firms that want structured interview intelligence across phone, video and in-person meetings; see our HireLogic alternatives.
- Fireflies, Otter or Zoom transcription via Zapier: best for firms already paying for one of them and willing to maintain a workflow.
Interview Signal is a paste-in option with no Ezekia integration. It is a desktop app for Windows and macOS with no bot, so nothing joins the call, and phone calls taken through the computer are captured like video. It produces a scorecard where each score carries the candidate's quotes, checked against the transcript, and a write-up in your template, and it keeps transcripts on the consultant's computer. Its ready-made ATS note formats are for Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever and JobAdder only, so in Ezekia you paste the plain version into a note. It is desktop only, newer with few public reviews, and does not record video. If you are weighing search platforms as well, our AI notetaker for Clockwork Recruiting page covers how the same partners connect there.
Questions people ask
Does Ezekia have its own AI notetaker?
No. As of October 2026 Ezekia's built-in AI searches, summarizes and drafts from the data in your CRM, and its AI page says interview and meeting insights are captured from partner platforms including Metaview, Quil, CoRecruit and Carv. Ezekia's pages do not describe a recorder of its own.
Which AI notetakers integrate with Ezekia?
Ezekia's integrations page lists CoRecruit, Metaview, HireLogic and Carv, and Simsola for behavioral assessments from interviews, as of October 2026. It also lists Fathom, Fireflies, Granola, Otter, and Zoom and Microsoft Teams transcription as tools that send notes to Ezekia through Zapier or Ezekia's MCP server rather than a direct integration.
Where do CoRecruit notes appear in Ezekia?
CoRecruit's Ezekia page says notes go to the Notes section of the linked person record, that you can pick an Ezekia note tag for each meeting, that it can fill base salary, compensation details, current company and job title, and that summaries and submittals can upload as attachments, as of October 2026.
How does Metaview connect to Ezekia?
With an Ezekia API token. Metaview's help center says an admin generates a token under Settings, Integrations, API Tokens, names it Metaview, sets no expiry and pastes it into Metaview. Metaview then captures interviews scheduled in Ezekia automatically and can send notes back. The token inherits the access of the admin user it was created for.
