Tracker, also known as TrackerRMS, does not have its own notetaker for recruiter calls, but its integrations directory names one: CoRecruit, which records, transcribes and summarizes calls and writes structured notes to the candidate record. As of October 2026 the directory also lists Dialpad for AI call summaries, and Metaview documents a TrackerRMS integration in its own help center. TrackerAI, Tracker's built-in AI, works on what is already in the record rather than on the conversation itself.
This page sets out what Tracker builds in, which notetakers connect, where their notes land, how to add notes by hand, and what to test. We make Interview Signal, one of the tools below; everything about the other products comes from their own sites, linked and dated. For agency notetakers across other systems, see our guide for staffing agencies.
What does TrackerAI do, and is there a built-in notetaker?
Tracker sells one platform for front, middle and back office to staffing and recruitment agencies, including executive search, contract and temp desks. Its plans page lists Launch at $79 per user per month for up to five recruiters and Core at $99 per user per month billed monthly, with Professional and Enterprise priced on request, as of October 2026.
- EVA, the AI assistant: the TrackerAI page says EVA answers plain-English questions about your own records, writes summaries and drafts, and creates notes, tasks, appointments and communication logs as you talk to it. The plans page says EVA is available from Launch.
- Agents: agents run on a trigger you set, for example writing a resume summary and an alignment report when an application arrives. Output saves to the record as a note, a PDF or a Word document.
- Data handling: Tracker says data never leaves the Tracker network, the model is pre-trained and does not learn from your database, and client-facing email always needs a person to send it.
- Interviews: the video and communications page describes one-way video interviews, screening questions built by TrackerAI from the job and the CV, and live interviews "scheduled and logged against the job," with recording and notes on the record afterwards. The plans page places the Video Suite in Professional.
None of this transcribes a recruiter's phone screen and drafts the write-up. That is the job Tracker hands to a partner.
Which AI notetakers connect to Tracker?
Tracker's integrations directory lists 53 integrations as of October 2026. The ones that touch calls and notes:
- CoRecruit (formerly Quil): listed as "AI notes for every call, with structured updates written straight to the candidate record in Tracker." Tracker's CoRecruit page says it records, transcribes and summarizes video calls, phone calls and in-person meetings, updates the record with structured notes when the call ends, and generates submittals and scorecards.
- Dialpad: Tracker's Dialpad page describes calls, messages and meetings connected to Tracker with AI transcription, sentiment analysis and call summaries.
- Other phone systems: CloudCall (calls, notes and recordings logged to the right record), Ringover (calls, SMS, WhatsApp and AI coaching), RingCentral, and Microsoft Teams calling with notes and calls saved to the profile.
- AI interviewers, not notetakers: Alex, Asendia, HeyMilo, Jobma and GLYDE are listed as AI recruitment agents that screen or interview candidates themselves.
Outside the directory, Metaview's help center has a TrackerRMS guide, and SourceWhale lists Tracker on its integrations page.
How do the Tracker options compare?

CoRecruit on Tracker
CoRecruit's own Tracker page adds the detail that matters to a Tracker admin. Notes go to the Job History and Activities tab. You map each meeting to a Tracker activity type from a dropdown, so the AI notes count in the same KPIs as manual activities. It updates standard Tracker fields, attaches summaries and documents to the record, and works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex and VoIP tools plus a Chrome extension. CoRecruit's pricing page says all plans run on a 12-month minimum term and include a VoIP line with unlimited US and Canada calling.
Metaview on Tracker
Metaview's TrackerRMS guide says you connect from Metaview's integration settings and authorize access, with the connection running through Kombo, a Metaview subprocessor; setup can take up to 48 hours. It posts notes with one click, adds links to Metaview notes, enriches candidate profiles, and supports Application Review to screen, progress and reject candidates. Interviews are not available through the TrackerRMS API, so Metaview does not request them; plan to match calls from your calendar instead.
How do you add AI notes to Tracker without an integration?
Tracker's help academy documents two manual routes:
- Add a note. The Adding a Note lesson says you can add a note on any client, contact, lead, job or candidate record with the green plus button in the notes section. Every Tracker database is customizable, so the notes tab may be labeled or placed differently; your admin moves it with the Layout Designer.
- Track an email. The Gmail add-in lesson says "Track this Email" sends an email into any Tracker record, where it shows in the activities section, "Send to Tracker" adds the whole email to an existing record, and "Compose and Track" blind-copies Tracker's mail agent on a new email. The email does not go in if the record does not exist yet.
In practice: paste the internal screen note into the candidate's notes, then send the client submittal with Compose and Track so the version the client saw is logged too. Our guide on writing candidate notes in your ATS covers what a good note contains.
What should you check for privacy and consent?
- One notice, every call. A botless tool or a phone system shows candidates nothing, so the recruiter says it. Use a single consent line and say it before any question.
- UK and US desks. Tracker has offices across three regions and many customers recruit across borders. UK candidates fall under UK GDPR; our UK recording guide covers lawful basis and notice.
- Two copies of the call. Tracker says its own AI keeps data inside the Tracker network. A partner notetaker keeps its own recording and transcript; ask where, for how long, and who deletes it.
- Field updates. Decide which fields a notetaker may write without review. Salary and notice period should get a human check.
What should you test before rollout?
| Check | Pass looks like | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Record matching | Notes land on the existing candidate or contact, not a duplicate | |
| Activity type | Each meeting maps to the activity type your KPI reports count | |
| Fields | Standard fields change only where you allowed it, and ranges are not turned into single numbers | |
| Attachments | Submittals attach to the right candidate and job | |
| Phone coverage | Calls from a recruiter's mobile are captured, or routed through the listed phone system | |
| Deletion | A candidate's recording and transcript can be removed on request in both systems |
Which option fits which Tracker desk?
- CoRecruit: best for most Tracker agencies, because it is the notetaker Tracker lists, it captures phone and video, and it writes to activities with your activity types.
- Metaview: best for desks that want to trial on a free tier and use Application Review, and that mostly screen on scheduled video calls.
- Dialpad or CloudCall: best for firms ready to move calls to a new phone system so every call is logged and summarized.
- Native TrackerAI plus pasting: best for small desks on Launch or Core that want EVA for search and drafting and type or paste their own call notes.
Interview Signal is a paste-in option with no Tracker integration. It is a desktop app for Windows and macOS with no bot, capturing audio on the recruiter's own computer, so phone screens through the computer and video calls work the same way. It drafts a scorecard with the candidate's quotes and a submittal in your agency's template, keeps transcripts on the recruiter's computer, and exports to Word, Markdown, email and more; its ready-made ATS note formats cover Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever and JobAdder only. It is desktop only, newer with few public reviews, and does not record video. Compare it with CoRecruit on our CoRecruit alternatives page.
Questions people ask
Does Tracker have its own AI notetaker?
Not for recruiter calls, as of October 2026. TrackerAI's assistant, EVA, creates notes, tasks and appointments as you talk to it, its agents write resume summaries and screening questions, and Tracker says live interviews in its video tools leave a recording and notes on the record. For transcribing and summarizing candidate and client calls, Tracker's integrations directory lists CoRecruit.
Which AI notetakers integrate with Tracker?
Tracker's integrations directory lists CoRecruit for AI notes on every call and Dialpad for AI transcription and call summaries, as of October 2026. Metaview is not in Tracker's directory, but Metaview's help center documents a TrackerRMS integration that posts notes with one click. SourceWhale also lists Tracker on its integrations page.
Where do CoRecruit notes appear in Tracker?
CoRecruit's Tracker page says notes are pushed to the Job History and Activities tab of the record, that you can map meetings to Tracker activity types from a dropdown, that it updates standard Tracker fields, and that it can attach summaries and documents to the record, as of October 2026.
How do I add AI interview notes to Tracker by hand?
Tracker's help academy says you can add a note on any record with the green plus button in the notes section, which your admin can move with the Layout Designer. If you email a summary or submittal, Tracker's Gmail add-in can track that email into a candidate, contact or job record, where it shows in the activities section.
