JobDiva does not have its own AI notetaker as of October 2026, so AI call notes reach a JobDiva record through a partner or by hand. Metaview and CoRecruit document JobDiva integrations on their own sites, SourceWhale lists JobDiva among its integrations, and phone systems in JobDiva's directory, such as CloudCall and RingCentral, log calls to records. For a staffing desk that lives on the phone, the deciding question is whether a tool captures calls on your phone line or only scheduled video meetings.
This page covers only what works with JobDiva: what JobDiva builds in, which notetakers name it, where each one writes, and what to test with your JobDiva admin. We make Interview Signal, one of the tools below; everything about the other products comes from their own sites, linked and dated. For the wider market across agency systems, see our guide to AI notetakers for staffing agencies.
Does JobDiva have its own AI notetaker?
No, based on JobDiva's public pages as of October 2026. What JobDiva does describe:
- AI in the platform: the JobDiva + AI page says its R&D team uses large language models, naming OpenAI and Google's Gemini, alongside its own models, and lists semantic search-enabled resume summaries, email templates, chatbots, sentiment analysis and data extraction among the features it is rolling out.
- Interviews: the candidate engagement page describes e-interviews (proficiency exams, surveys and questionnaires with scored answers) and live video interviews that candidates join without installing an app. JobDiva says recorded interviews are stored in the candidate's profile and can be included in the submittal package to hiring managers.
- Chatbot: the same page describes DivaChat, an AI chatbot that answers questions from new hires and the existing workforce.
- Price: JobDiva's FAQ says pricing is determined client by client. No list price is published.
A recorded live interview is not the same as AI notes: none of these pages describe transcribing a recruiter's phone or video screen and writing a summary into a note. That gap is what the partners below fill.
Which AI notetakers list a JobDiva integration?
Look at both sides. JobDiva's own integrations directory lists more than 160 products as of October 2026, including Zoom (its listing mentions Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone), Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, RingCentral, CloudCall, Vonage, Nextiva, OpenAI, and AI screening tools such as Alex AI and Asendia AI. We did not find an AI meeting notetaker in that directory.
The notetaker vendors, though, document JobDiva on their own sites:
- Metaview: a JobDiva setup guide in its help center and a JobDiva integration page.
- CoRecruit (formerly Quil): a JobDiva integration page describing notes, fields and note types.
- SourceWhale: JobDiva appears on its integrations page; its Notetaker records and summarizes video meetings.
Because JobDiva's directory does not list these three, confirm the connection with the vendor and with your JobDiva account team before you sign, and ask to see a note arrive on a test candidate.
How do the JobDiva options compare?

Metaview on JobDiva
Metaview's JobDiva guide describes a connection you start from Metaview's settings and authorize by logging in to JobDiva. The connection runs through Kombo, which Metaview names as a subprocessor, and setup can take up to 48 hours. Once connected, Metaview syncs employees, posts notes to the candidate's record with one click, adds links to Metaview notes, enriches candidate profiles and supports sourcing from your JobDiva database.
The guide is also clear about limits. Interviews, stages, tags and rejection reasons are not available through the JobDiva API, so Metaview does not schedule calls from JobDiva, cannot run its Application Review against JobDiva stages, and does not show a JobDiva pipeline stage. It still tries to match calls you schedule in your calendar to the right JobDiva candidate. Test that matching with a candidate whose email is on file and one whose email is not.
CoRecruit on JobDiva
CoRecruit's JobDiva page says each intake or interview becomes structured notes pushed to the Notes section of the linked candidate or contact. It can fill blanks on the record using standard fields and JobDiva user-defined fields of the text and number types, and you pick a JobDiva note type from a dropdown for each meeting so notes stay consistent with your existing categories. The page names Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex and VoIP systems as capture sources. Our CoRecruit alternatives page covers how it compares with other agency notetakers.
Phone systems in JobDiva's directory
JobDiva's listing for CloudCall says it captures calls and communications and saves them into CRM records, and the Zoom listing describes a Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone integration. Whether an AI summary, rather than a call log, reaches the JobDiva record depends on the phone system and plan, so ask for a demonstration on a JobDiva test record. The trade-off is the same as for any phone-system route: calls must go through that system, not a recruiter's personal mobile. Our reviews of RingCentral and Zoom Phone for recruiting cover what each records and summarizes.
How do you get AI notes into JobDiva without an integration?
JobDiva's how-to articles sit behind its customer login, and its support page offers help by email and phone, so we cannot link a public step-by-step. What is public is that JobDiva records have a Notes section with note types, which is where CoRecruit writes. A manual routine that works with any standalone tool:
- Agree one note type with your admin for AI-drafted screen notes, so activity reports count them the same way as typed notes.
- Paste the summary into a note on the candidate record, not the contact, and check line breaks survive.
- Type the structured fields yourself: salary, availability and work authorization go in their fields, not only in the note.
- Attach the submittal as a document if your desk sends one, so the client-facing version sits beside the internal note.
Our guide to getting AI notes into an ATS without an integration compares pasting, email, Zapier and APIs, and how to write candidate notes in your ATS covers the note itself.
What should you check for privacy and consent?
- Notice on every call. A bot shows a name in the meeting; a botless or desktop tool shows nothing, so the notice has to come from the recruiter. Use one consent line on every call, phone or video.
- Calls across state lines. JobDiva desks often call candidates in many states in a morning. Our guide to recording calls across state lines explains why the stricter rule usually applies.
- Subprocessors. Metaview's JobDiva connection runs through Kombo. Ask every vendor for its subprocessor list and where transcripts are stored.
- Retention and deletion. JobDiva's FAQ says notes and comments you make remain your property. Transcripts in a notetaker's cloud are a second copy; set a retention period and test deleting one candidate's data in both places.
- Client-hosted interviews. A bot in a client's meeting is the client's decision. Ask first, or use a bot-free method.
What should you test before rollout?
| Check | Pass looks like | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Record matching | The note lands on the existing candidate, not a duplicate or the client contact | |
| Note type | Uses the JobDiva note type your activity reports count | |
| User-defined fields | Salary and availability fill only text or number fields you approved, and never overwrite with a guess | |
| Calendar matching | Calls booked outside JobDiva still find the right candidate | |
| Phone coverage | Screens made from a recruiter's mobile are captured, or the gap is documented | |
| Author | The note shows the recruiter, not an API user | |
| Deletion | A candidate's transcript can be deleted in the notetaker as well as in JobDiva |
Which option fits which JobDiva desk?
- Metaview: best for desks whose screens are mostly scheduled video calls and that want a free tier to trial, accepting that scheduling from JobDiva is not supported.
- CoRecruit: best for contract and IT staffing desks that screen by phone and want note types and user-defined fields filled, and that accept a 12-month term.
- SourceWhale: best for teams already running SourceWhale outreach that want meeting notes in the same tool.
- CloudCall or another directory phone system: best for firms ready to change phone systems so every call is logged in JobDiva.
- A standalone tool and paste: best for solo recruiters and small desks, or firms whose security team will not approve another integration.
Interview Signal sits in the last group: it has no JobDiva integration. It is a desktop app for Windows and macOS with no bot, so phone screens taken through the computer and video calls are captured the same way, and it produces a scorecard with the candidate's own quotes and a submittal in your agency's template, with transcripts kept on the recruiter's computer. Its ready-made ATS note formats are for Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever and JobAdder only, so in JobDiva you paste the plain or Markdown version. It is desktop only, newer with few public reviews, and does not record video. You can watch the full walkthrough on the try page.
Questions people ask
Does JobDiva have a built-in AI notetaker?
Not that we could find. As of October 2026, JobDiva's own pages describe AI for resume summaries, email templates, chatbots and data extraction, and live video interviews whose recordings are stored on the candidate profile, but no feature that transcribes and summarizes recruiter calls. JobDiva's integrations directory does not list an AI meeting notetaker either.
Which AI notetakers integrate with JobDiva?
Metaview and CoRecruit both document a JobDiva integration on their own sites as of October 2026, and SourceWhale lists JobDiva on its integrations page. Metaview posts notes to the candidate's JobDiva record with one click, and CoRecruit pushes notes to the Notes section of the linked candidate or contact with a JobDiva note type and can fill standard and user-defined fields.
Which AI notetaker captures phone screens into JobDiva?
CoRecruit says it captures VoIP and mobile calls as well as Zoom, Teams and Webex, and writes notes to JobDiva. Metaview records phone calls through a number you register or through browser calling. JobDiva's own directory lists phone systems such as RingCentral, CloudCall and Zoom Phone, which log calls to records. A video-only bot will not capture a call on your mobile.
Why can't Metaview schedule its notetaker from JobDiva?
Metaview's help center says interviews, stages, tags and rejection reasons are not available through the JobDiva API, so Metaview cannot schedule calls from JobDiva or read pipeline stages, as of October 2026. It still tries to match calls scheduled by other means to the right JobDiva candidate, and you can post the note with one click.
