Recruiterflow has its own AI notetaker, AIRA Notetaker, so most Recruiterflow firms start there. As of October 2026 it joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls as a participant, logs voice calls made through RingCentral, Twilio or Aircall, and writes summaries that agents turn into field updates, tasks and submittals. It comes with the AIRA Plan, which is priced on request. Metaview and CoRecruit are the alternatives Recruiterflow itself lists, and both write notes back to Recruiterflow records.
This page compares the native notetaker with the partners on capture, phone screens, where notes land and price, then covers the settings and tests that matter for a search firm. We make Interview Signal, one of the tools below; everything about the other products comes from their own sites, linked and dated.
What is AIRA Notetaker and what does it do?
From Recruiterflow's AIRA Notetaker page and its help center, as of October 2026:
- Capture on video: it joins scheduled calls with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link. You can also paste a live meeting link to add it on the spot (adding AIRA to calls).
- Capture on the phone: voice calls started from a candidate or contact profile through RingCentral, Twilio or Aircall, with call logging and recording enabled under Settings, Integrations. Recruiterflow says these are the only phone platforms it supports right now. Our reviews of Aircall and RingCentral for recruiting cover those systems.
- Output: a transcript with speaker labels, a summary built from your template, suggested follow-up tasks and the recording if enabled. You can edit any section, switch template and regenerate, copy the summary or download a PDF.
- Agents: AIRA Notetaker works with a field update agent that fills missing or outdated profile details, a task agent that assigns follow-ups, and a submission agent that drafts branded submittals.
- Languages: transcript language can be auto-detected on each call or set to one language in the general settings.
Settings that matter for a search firm
The getting started guide describes auto-join rules (all calls with a web-conference link, only candidate calls, only contact calls, candidate or contact calls, or any call with an external participant), and whether it joins only meetings you own. Two exclusion filters are worth switching on early:
- "Exclude if BOTH candidate AND contact are invited" keeps AIRA out of interviews you set up between a candidate and a client. Recruiterflow suggests this for retained and search firms.
- Excluded domains or addresses keep it out of any meeting with a client who has asked not to be recorded.
The same guide describes a pre-meeting email reminder, sent one hour before the meeting, that tells attendees the call will be recorded. The help center also notes that Google Meet now labels AIRA Notetaker a "potential risk" in the waiting room until the host admits it, and that Teams meetings with a lobby CAPTCHA can block it.
What it costs
Recruiterflow's pricing page lists the Platform Plan at $149 per user per month billed monthly, or $119 billed annually (US dollars), with ATS and CRM, sequences, automation, reports and API access. AIRA Notetaker sits in the AIRA Plan with the matchmaker, job change alerts, field update, submission and task agents, at custom pricing.
Which other AI notetakers integrate with Recruiterflow?
Recruiterflow's integrations directory lists Metaview and Quil AI (now CoRecruit) as notetakers, Dubber for call recording and conversation intelligence, phone systems including Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral, Ringover, Twilio and Zoom Phone, and video interview tools such as Hireflix and Jobma, as of October 2026.
- Metaview: its Recruiterflow guide says you ask Recruiterflow support for an API key and paste it into Metaview, with setup taking up to 48 hours. It schedules its notetaker automatically for Recruiterflow events with a video link, posts notes with one click, adds links to notes, enriches profiles and gives call access to users with Recruiter and Hiring Manager roles. It is a direct connection, and Metaview notes that a Recruiterflow API key grants access to all resources.
- CoRecruit: its Recruiterflow page says it pushes call insights into the relevant candidate and contact records when each call ends and fills standard and custom candidate fields.
Our Metaview review and CoRecruit alternatives page cover each partner in more depth, and the staffing agency guide compares them across other agency systems.
How do AIRA Notetaker, Metaview and CoRecruit compare?
As published on each vendor's own pages, as of October 2026.
| Option | How it captures | Bot? | Phone screens | Link to Recruiterflow | Published price | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AIRA Notetaker | Joins Zoom, Meet and Teams; logs calls placed through supported phone systems | Yes on video | RingCentral, Twilio or Aircall only | Native; summaries, tasks, field updates, submittals | AIRA Plan, custom pricing (pricing) | Firms that want everything inside Recruiterflow |
| Metaview | Joins video calls; phone through a registered number or browser calling (phone guide) | Yes on video | Yes, on your own line | Auto-scheduling from Recruiterflow; one-click notes | Free 25 calls/month; Pro $60/user/month (pricing) | Platform Plan firms that want a notetaker without the AIRA Plan |
| CoRecruit | Cell phone, VoIP, Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex, WhatsApp, in person (pricing page) | No visible bot | Yes, including mobile | Candidate and contact records; standard and custom fields | Starter from $85/user/month on a 12-month term, or $64 paid annually upfront | Desks that screen on mobiles and want no visible bot |
| Interview Signal | Desktop app records the interviewer's own computer audio | No bot | Yes, if the call runs through the computer | None; paste into the Notes tab | Free 20 minutes; Solo $49/month (pricing) | Recruiters who want a live scorecard and quotes without a bot |
The price question is real: a firm on the Platform Plan can add Metaview's free tier or Pro plan without moving to the AIRA Plan, while a firm already on the AIRA Plan gets the notetaker with the agents that act on it. Ask Recruiterflow for the AIRA Plan quote before comparing.
How do you add notes to Recruiterflow without an integration?
Recruiterflow's help center documents two manual routes:
- The Notes tab. The notes article says to open the candidate's profile, go to Notes, paste or type the note, @mention a teammate (who gets an email), and mark it private if only admins and tagged people should see it. Note templates can add a job title field so the note is tied to the right job. Recruiterflow reminds you that notes do not replace structured fields such as preferred salary.
- Email logging. The BCC logging article says you copy your logging address from Workspace Settings, General Settings, and BCC it on an email to a candidate or contact; the email lands on their Conversations tab. Replies are not captured with BCC; use CC if you need the thread.
A practical split: the private note holds the internal screen notes, including compensation, and the emailed submittal to the client is logged by BCC. Our guide to getting AI notes into an ATS without an integration compares other routes.
What should you check for privacy and consent?
- Turn on the reminder, and still say it. AIRA's pre-meeting email helps, but a spoken line at the start of the call covers late joiners. Our consent script gives one.
- Client meetings. Use the candidate-and-contact exclusion and the domain list so a bot never appears uninvited in a client's interview.
- API scope. A Recruiterflow API key given to a partner grants access to all resources. Store it with your admin and rotate it when a vendor is removed.
- Private notes. Put compensation and sensitive details in private notes so the whole hiring team does not see them.
What should you test before rollout?
| Check | Pass looks like | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Auto-join rules | AIRA joins candidate screens and skips internal meetings and client interviews | |
| Phone calls | A call through your phone system appears in the Meetings tab with a transcript | |
| Field updates | Salary and location change only when the candidate said so clearly | |
| Submittal draft | Every claim in a drafted submittal matches the transcript | |
| Partner write-back | Metaview or CoRecruit notes land on the right profile, not a duplicate | |
| Deletion | A candidate's recording and transcript can be deleted on request |
Which option fits which Recruiterflow firm?
- AIRA Notetaker: best for firms on, or willing to buy, the AIRA Plan that schedule screens on video and want summaries to feed field updates, tasks and submittals.
- Metaview: best for Platform Plan firms that want automatic capture of Recruiterflow-scheduled video calls and a free tier to start.
- CoRecruit: best for recruiters who screen on their mobiles or over WhatsApp, where AIRA's phone support does not reach.
Interview Signal is a paste-in alternative with no Recruiterflow integration. It is a desktop app for Windows and macOS with no bot, so nothing appears in the meeting, and phone screens taken through the computer are captured like video calls. It builds a question guide from the job description, suggests follow-ups during the call, and produces a scorecard with the candidate's quotes and a submittal in your template; transcripts stay on the recruiter's computer. Its ready-made ATS note formats are for Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever and JobAdder only, so in Recruiterflow you paste the plain version into Notes. It is desktop only, newer with few public reviews, and does not record video. For a wider comparison for search firms, see our executive search notetaker guide.
Questions people ask
Does Recruiterflow have a built-in AI notetaker?
Yes. As of October 2026 Recruiterflow sells AIRA Notetaker, which joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, records, transcribes and summarizes them with templates you choose, links the notes to candidate and contact profiles, and works with agents that update fields, create tasks and draft submittals. It also logs voice calls made through RingCentral, Twilio or Aircall.
Which Recruiterflow plan includes AIRA Notetaker?
The AIRA Plan, which Recruiterflow prices on request, as of October 2026. The Platform Plan, at $149 per user per month billed monthly or $119 billed annually in US dollars, covers the ATS, CRM, sequences, automation and reports but does not list AIRA Notetaker.
Can AIRA Notetaker record phone screens?
Only through supported phone systems. Recruiterflow's help center says AIRA Notetaker logs voice calls made from a candidate or contact profile through RingCentral, Twilio or Aircall, with call logging and recording switched on, and that these are the only phone platforms supported as of October 2026. A call on a recruiter's personal mobile is not captured.
How do I stop AIRA Notetaker joining client interviews?
Use its exclusion filters. Recruiterflow's setup guide describes a setting that keeps AIRA out of any meeting where both a candidate and a contact are invited, which covers interviews you arrange between a candidate and a client, and a field for email domains or addresses it should never join.
